Any excess energy that is not consumed is fed into the grid and sold at wholesale prices, providing you with financial compensation.
The electricity you need when there is no production is purchased normally from your provider at retail prices.

A solar water heater harnesses heat from the sun’s rays and uses it to heat water. Solar water heaters are available in closed-loop and open-loop systems.

They consist of two main components:

Depending on the storage tank, they are classified as:

Dual-energy boiler (in addition to the solar collectors, hot water can also be produced using the integrated electric heating element, which is typically used on cloudy days).
